An African woman, Ms. Obianuju Ekeocha, currently working in Canterbury, England, gives an intelligent, articulate, and gracious reply to Melinda Gates' plan to send 4.6 billion dollars worth of contraceptives to women in Africa. Melinda has no problem speaking for millions of women she's never met.
